Kratom Products

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to implement statutory changes passed during the 2023 Legislative Session.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule is required to implement statutory changes to requirements for the sale of Kratom and to the State Hemp Program. The rulemaking addresses requirements for the sale of Kratom in Florida.
