Substitution for Requirements for Eligible Students with Disabilities at Florida Colleges and Postsecondary Career Centers

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to better define who is eligible to receive a substitution of requirements for admission into a postsecondary institution, entry into a program or upper division, or graduation requirements and require postsecondary institutions to set policies for implementing the rule. Specific measures to be included in the policy are outlined.

SUBJECT:

This rule will further clarify who is eligible to receive a substitution of admission requirements to an institution, program of study, entry to upper division, or graduation.
