PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendments is to update rule language, consistent with statutory requirements, and to omit unnecessary and/or duplicative rules.

SUBJECT:

Complaints and investigations involving violations of the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act.  Fines for violations of the Clean Indoor Air Act.  Smoking Cessation Program Designations.
