Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed new rule chapter is to implement law consistent with section 409.820, F.S.

SUBJECT:

Minimum quality assurance and access standards for the Title XXI-funded Children’s Medical Services Network and Florida Healthy Kids components of the Florida KidCare children’s health insurance program.
