Maximum Number of Prescriptions in Registered Pain Management Clinics

PURPOSE:

As required by subsection 458.3265(4)(c), Florida Statutes, the Board proposes the development of a rule to address the maximum number of prescriptions for controlled substances for the treatment of pain which may be written by physicians practicing in pain management clinics.
