PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments will allow for the implementation of an online application system for the Solar Energy Systems Incentives Program, as well as clarify requirements for the Renewable Energy Technologies Grants Programs and Tax Credits. The amendments will also update the rules to include new statutory requirements for the programs.

SUBJECT:

The subjects expected to be addressed in this rule revision are an online application system for the Solar Energy Systems Incentives Program, as well as the requirements the Renewable Energy Technologies Grants Programs and Tax Credit Programs.
