PURPOSE:

The purpose of these rule changes is to define requirements for individuals seeking the Limited Commercial Wildlife Management Certificate for individuals wishing to control commensal rodents in Florida, professional liability insurance requirements for licensees performing wood-destroying organisms inspections as provided by Section 12 of Chapter 2011-206, Laws of Florida, classify and clarify violations of Sections 482.121 and 482.163, F.S. as major violations and revising criteria for the issuance of Department credentials to felons, and establish a license for the operation of pest control customer contact centers.
