Operation, Administration, and Designation of Corrections Mental Health Treatment Facilities

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the amendment is to add Reception and Medical Center as an institution at which the Assistant Secretary for Health Services has designated a mental health treatment facility for male inmates.

Inmate mental health treatment.
