RULE:

14-40.022	Florida Highway Beautification Council Grant Award Process (Repealed)
14-40.023	Funding, Construction, and Maintenance of Beautification Projects

PURPOSE:

Rule 14-40.022 is being amended to clarify the factors evaluated in an application for beautification grants. Rule 14-40.023 is being revised to allow for notification and acceptance by electronic mail instead of certified mail.
