NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 22, 2009, the Broward County Elevator Section, received a petition for an emergency temporary variance until December 20, 2012, in order to raise funds and have the work performed necessary to bring elevators into compliance with ASME A17.3, Rules 2.7.4 & 3.11.3, pertaining to Fire Control Operations, from Lee Rigby on behalf of Fairbanks North Condo of Pompano Beach.
