Only bidders meeting pre-qualification criteria may bid. Bid Packages will be provided by Danis Building Construction Company to those bidders on January 22, 2008.
Sealed bids are due in Danis’ Deerwood Park Boulevard Office no later than Tuesday, January 29, 2008, 2:00 p.m. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond on the form enclosed in the prequalification package, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount no less than 5% (five percent) of the total amount of the base bid as guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the contract, enter into a written contract in the form provided in the prequalification package. Bidders shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for all contracts in excess of $75,000 on the forms enclosed in the prequalification package to Danis Building Construction Company in the full amount of the contract price within seven (7) days after acceptance.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on: Thursday, January 24, 2008, 2:00 p.m., at UNF Track & Field Project Site.
