RULE:

6A-25.021

Service Provider Registration and Quality Assurance Requirements

PURPOSE:

To clarify monitoring, compliance assurances, and registration requirements with state Vocational Rehabilitation service providers. This rule would align with Federal requirements for State monitoring and quality assurance requirements.

SUMMARY:

Registration requirements for service providers and defining quality assurance, proven functional systems, and due-diligence inquiry as defined in section 413.208, F.S.: additionally, the rule will outline measures to ensure compliance with regards to suspending, terminating, or revocation for service providers.
