PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to update Form OFR-FAIE, Notice of Transaction Under Florida Accredited Investor Exemption and Form OFR-FILE, Notice of Transaction Under Florida Invest Local Exemption for use in OFR’s new electronic filing system.

SUMMARY:
