PURPOSE:

These changes are to amend and streamline the rules that govern the profession of surveying and mapping in the state of Florida.  These changes include incorporating a renewal application in addition to updating multiple incorporated department forms.

SUBJECT:

Newly created renewal application, updated license applications, post exam review request, and board appointment questionnaire.
