Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

To establish disciplinary guidelines for the professions of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and paramedic, licensed Emergency Medical Services providers, and EMT and paramedic training programs; to clarify the range of discipline that may be imposed for corresponding violations of law and department rules.
