PURPOSE:

To replace language made obsolete by Chapter Law 2020-133; to update DH Form 631 04/09, Ground Ambulance Service Provider Application, and DH Form 1510 04/09, Emergency Medical Services Application for Vehicle Permit(s), to include an exemption created by Chapter Law 2021-90; to add and update references to incorporated material regarding ground transport vehicle (ground ambulance) standards; to add a sunset provision to rule 64J-1.006, F.A.C.; to repeal an obsolete rule regarding examinations; to add current examination requirements; and to update Emergency Medical Services (EMS) training program requirements.

SUBJECT:
