RULE:

61C-5.010

Sump Pumps

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to create a new Rule 61C-5.010, F.A.C., to clarify the requirements for the location and operation of sump pump controllers and the required alarm system devices where provided in elevator spaces in lieu of an oil separator.

SUBJECT:

The rule will address sump pump controllers and sump pump alarm systems.
