RULE:

61-35.012

Electrical Contractors' Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend the rule to adopt revised forms that have been updated to comply with changes to s.489.517 (3) and (4) F.S. regarding continuing education hours and to create a new form in compliance with changes to s.489.511 (5)(c) updating endorsement requirements.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.012 to adopt the forms.
