Overview

RULE:

64B-1.004	Conduct at Test Site (Repealed)
64B-1.009	Pre-hearing Review Request (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments are to repeal rules identified during the Department’s comprehensive rule review as duplicative of statute or no longer necessary. 
Rule 64B-1.004 addresses the conduct of exam administrators, proctors and applicants. Rule 64B-1.009 addresses the pre-hearing review pursuant to Rule 28-106.209, F.A.C. These rules are not incorporated in other rules and the repeal of these rules will not have an effect on other rules.

SUMMARY:

To repeal rules identified as no longer necessary.
