PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development will be to amend rules identified in the Department’s 2011-2012 Regulatory Plan as needing to be amended to delete unnecessary subsections and to clarify and ensure internal consistency, and to amend rules identified by stakeholders for clarification and simplification.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed in this rulemaking include technical corrections to the used oil management regulations in Chapter 62-710, F.A.C.
