PURPOSE:

To establish examination fees and procedures for the development, administration, security, grading, and review, of examinations used to measure the minimum competency of applicants for health care practitioner licensure.

SUMMARY:

This chapter provides requirements for licensure examinations used to measure minimum competency of healthcare practitioners.
