61C-5.023

Citations

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to implement the statutory authority to issue citations for unlicensed elevator activity and adopt the required form.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule identifies violations subject to citation and a stop work order, adopts the citation and stop work order form, specifies required information for a citation, identifies the process for serving and responding to a citation, and adopts fines.
