PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment removes the ACCESS Florida Web Application, CF-ES 2353, to incorporate it in Rule 65A-1.205, F.A.C. Included in this amendment is the removal of the ACCESS Florida Application, CF-ES 2337, already incorporated in Rule 65A-1.205, F.A.C., associated language to these forms, and some wording changes and technical changes of a non-substantive nature improving the content of the rule.

SUMMARY:

The amendment removes the ACCESS Florida Web Application, CF-ES 2353, to incorporate in Rule 65A-1.205, F.A.C., and includes revisions to update the rule content.
