Requirements Certification

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to eliminate the requirement that a licensee sign his/her financial statement in the presence of a notary.

SUMMARY:

The requirement for a licensee to sign his/her financial statement in the presence of a notary will be deleted.
