Mailing Address: Place of Practice: Requirement for Notification

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes an amendment to allow a licensee to determine what mailing address to report to the DBPR, rather than requiring that they use their personal residential address.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment updates and clarifies the rule text to allow a licensee to designate their preferred official mailing address.
