Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed the rule amendment to update the Florida Fire Prevention Code and Florida Building Code to the newest Editions, which took effect December 31, 2023.  The amendments also include the newest iteration of the sunset language.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates the rule language for definitions to include the newest iteration of the sunset language.
