68A-9.006

Wildlife Rehabilitation Permit

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments is to update the regulations relating to native wildlife rehabilitation, including but not limited to permitting, applicant qualifications, wildlife care, and continuing education requirements.

SUMMARY:

Subject area covered in the proposed amendments includes native wildlife rehabilitation.
