69N-121.003

Organizational Structure of the Office

PURPOSE:

The Office of Insurance Regulation is amending rule 69N-121.003, F.A.C., to reorganize the office for the purpose of increasing efficiencies and responsiveness.

SUMMARY:

This rule amendment reorganizes the Office Insurance Regulation to provide for greater efficiency and responsiveness. The changes include adding a Division of Market Regulation to the existing Division of Property and Casualty and the Division of Life and Health.  The amended rule also provides additional information about the organizational units that exist within the Office.
