61J2-24.001

Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes an amendment that updates the penalty to $500.00 per violation for schools failing to retain course completion certificates for the retention period required by the rule after Notices of Noncompliance and Minor Violations are issued.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates the disciplinary penalty guideline regarding failure to retain course competition certificates for the required time period.
