55A-3.005

County and City Veteran Service Officer Training Courses

PURPOSE:

Purpose of rules is to provide detail regarding the course required to become certified by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, to satisfy federal requirements to apply for accreditation by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs in order to present claims, representing veterans and families of veterans who are entitled to and seeking earned benefits.

SUMMARY:

Training details, continuing certification, consequences of not attending.
