68A-6.003

Permit Requirements and Exceptions

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments will address the disposition of facilities and captive wildlife during and after license revocation and renewal denial actions. The effect will be additional clarification to the rules and enhanced accountability for captive wildlife violators.

SUMMARY:

Subject area covered in the proposed rules includes the regulations governing permit requirements and the disposition of facilities and captive wildlife in licensure actions.
