Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that provides notice to the public of the penalties that may be imposed for violations of Chapters 455 and 477, F.S., and cosmetology rules.

SUMMARY:

This rule amendment clarifies violations, updates and clarifies penalties, and adds guidelines for statutory penalties that were not included in the existing rules.
