Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicles, Temporary Commercial Kitchens and Theme Park Food Carts

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments is to update and revise Rule 61C-4.0161, F.A.C., to incorporate an updated form by reference.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61C-4.0161, F.A.C., to incorporate an updated application form that was impacted by the removal of water and sewer reporting requirements, the removal of a commissary operations checklist and the removal of a section for the listing of additional commissaries.
