68A-13.004

Hunting Regulations for Non-Migratory Game and Issuance of Antlerless Deer Permits and Private Lands Deer Management Permits

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to clarify the qualifiying criteria for property to be enrolled in the Private Lands Deer Management Permit Program (PLDMPP), such that a property with breaks in physical continuity (such as from a road, waterway or easement) would be eligible for enrollment.  The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to increase participation opportunities.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment clarifies the qualifying criteria for property to be enrolled in the PLDMPP.
