59A-10.0065

Fifteen Day Reports (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to repeal this rule as the reporting requirements are now incorporated into Rule 59A-35.110, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Rule 59A-10.0065 can be repealed following the adoption of Rule 59A-35.110, F.A.C. which includes the 15-day reporting requirement. This is an ongoing effort to consolidate multiple rules into 59A-35.110.
