Fees

PURPOSE:

The amendment would conform to a change in statute by removing an obsolete requirement that a portion of filing fees for prepaid health clinics be remitted to the Department of Health.

SUMMARY:

A change in statute altered the requirement that a portion of filing fees for prepaid health clinics be remitted to the Department of Health to refer to the Agency for Health Care Administration. This amendment removes the obsolete requirement.
