Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicles, Temporary Commercial Kitchens and Theme Park Food Carts

PURPOSE:

To adopt a revised Commissary Notification form and amend the division website link in the rule text.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment will adopt the updated Commissary Notification Form with the Department of Health option removed, and update the website link to point to the Department’s new website.
