Physical Plant Requirements for Mobile Surgical Facilities (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to repeal the rule effective July 1, 2018 related to physical plant requirements for Mobile Surgical Facilities in response to the revision of s.395.002, F.S. per Chapter 2018-24, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to repeal physical plant requirements for Mobile Surgical Facilities effective July 1, 2018.
