Applicability/References

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments adopt and incorporate by reference the federal categorical pretreatment standards for the Dental Office Point Source Category under the Department’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program contained in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 441 (40 CFR 441) effective July 14, 2017.
