69D-2.004

Insurer Anti-Fraud Plans (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The relevant provisions of Rule 69D-2.004, F.A.C., regarding insurer anti-fraud plans, were recently moved to Rule 69D-2.003, F.A.C. Rule 69D-2.004, F.A.C., is no longer necessary and is being repealed.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69D-2.004, F.A.C., is repealed.
