12B-7.030	Miami-Dade County Lake Belt Mitigation Fee
12B-7.031	Public Use Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-7.030, F.A.C., is to implement statutory changes made by Chapter 2015-141, L.O.F., which provided that the water treatment plant upgrade fee imposed by Section 373.41492, F.S., expires effective July 1, 2018. 
The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-7.031, F.A.C., is to adopt, by reference, changes to Form DR-146, which is used in the administration of the Miami-Dade County Lake Belt Mitigation and Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Fees.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments update the rule and form used to administer the reporting and remittance of the Miami-Dade County Lake Belt Mitigation Fee and Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Fee.  These updates remove references to the Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Fee scheduled to expire July 1, 2018.
