PURPOSE:

The Agency is proposing to amend rules within Chapter 59E-5, F.A.C., to update and clarify requirements related to the Florida Hospital Uniform Reporting System and other hospital related reporting requirements.

SUMMARY:

Amending rules within Chapter 59E-5, F.A.C., will streamline the process for the Florida Hospital Uniform Reporting System.
