PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this Notice is to repeal Rules 60S-1.003, 60S-1.0045, 60S-1.0051, 60S-1.0052, 60S-1.00535, 60S-1.00537, 60S-1.00539, 60S-1.0055, and 60S-1.008, F.A.C. which are unnecessary to implement the laws implemented.

SUMMARY:

The repeal of Rules 60S-1.003, 60S-1.0045, 60S-1.0051, 60S-1.0052, 60S-1.00535, 60S-1.00537, 60S-1.00539, 60S-1.0055, and 60S-1.008, F.A.C.
