RULE:

60W-4.010	Cost-of-Living Adjustments (Repealed)
60W-4.011	Deductions from Monthly Benefits (Repealed)
60W-4.012	Benefits Exempt from Taxes and Execution (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purposed and effect of this Notice is to repeal Rules 60W-4.010, 60W-4.011, and 60W-4.012, F.A.C., which are unnecessary to implement the laws implemented.

SUMMARY:

The repeal of Rules 60W-4.010, 60W-4.011, and 60W-4.012, F.A.C.
