12A-16.004

Registration

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendment to Rule 12A-16.004, F.A.C., is to implement statutory changes made by Chapter 2017-36, L.O.F., by removing the reference to a registration fee.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments incorporate the elimination of certain registration fees.
