PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments to this rule and the Environmental Resource Permit Applicant's Handbook, Volume I, For Use Within the South Florida Water Management District, will incorporate the amended water quality standards of the Department of Environmental Protection, Chapters 62-4 (2/17/2016), 62-302 (2/17/2016), and 62-550, F.A.C. (7/7/2015).
