Unlicensed Activity Fee (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the repeal of rule 61G16-3.002, F.A.C. because legislature eliminated the unlicensed activity fee during the 2014 legislative session; therefore, the agency has determined that these rules are unnecessary.
