61G16-8.001

License and Certification Renewal and Reinstatement

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the repeal of rule 61G16-8.001, F.A.C. because legislature eliminated the license and certification renewal and reinstatement requirement during the 2014 legislative session; therefore, the agency has determined that these rules are unnecessary.
