Direct Reimbursement to Recipents

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-5.110 is to describe the circumstances, process, and requirements for Florida Medicaid recipients to receive direct reimbursement from the Agency for Health Care Administration for goods and services that were provided to and paid for by the recipient. The rule amendment also revises the rule title to Direct Reimbursement to Recipients.

SUMMARY:

The amendment describes the Florida Medicaid recipient direct reimbursement process.
