Write-in Procedures (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The necessary provisions of this rule, last amended in 2002, are now covered by rules 1S-2.027 and 1S-2.032.  Specifically, sections (1)-(3) are covered in 2.032; and sections (4)-(5) are covered by 2.027.

SUMMARY:

Repeal is necessary to avoid repetition, because this rule is covered by rules 1S-2.027 and 1S-2.032.
